Amazing Parents
I sat down for 5 minutes while lunch was cooking to write a quick note to y’all . . . . .that was 3 days ago!!!!!
Time just gets away from me. My in-laws have been here all week. They have been absolutely amazing. They have dropped right into life here helping us move, cleaning, playing with the kids . . . they never seemed to miss a beat. They are a bit sweatier than usual but I think they could get used to life in the jungle. They have become pros at taking mototaxis (I even set them home from town in one alone!) The kids are going to miss them so much and so are we when they leave tomorrow – we grown-ups will too.
Lots going on lately – moving, new missionaries arriving, mission teams coming to Peru, mission team from our church here going to other communities . . . .I will fill you in later this week.
